A £5 non refundable deposit is payable for all appointments to be confirmed.
Cancellations or rescheduling requires 48 hours notice.
Any cancellations or rescheduling with less that 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice will incur charges of 50% of the treatment price.
All cancellations and rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incite charges of 100% of the treatment price.
No clients under 18.
No children or plus 1s at your appointment. As I work from home I have limited space and cannot accommodate multiple people at once. If for any reason you require a plus 1, please message me BEFORE booking so we can discuss and arrange if possible.
No refunds will be issued after your appointment, if you are unhappy with any part of your service please make me aware during your appointment.
Cash or bank transfer ONLY on day of appointment. If paying cash please bring correct change. Bank transfers MUST be made before leaving the premises.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled as I run a back to back diary and you will be charged at 100% for the treatment price.
All nail fixes within 48 hours are free of charge.
Please ensure you book correct nail art services to ensure we have time to complete your desired look. For all detailed and snazzy art, please send me inspo pictures 48 hours before your appointment so I can prepare.
I do not infill other techs work, I do offer removals. Please book the correct services to ensure sufficient time. For all removals, please message BEFORE booking to ensure I am able to remove your specific product.
Complimentary tea/coffee/water/juice and snacks will be available as well as choice of music or silence!
